How can I return an online order via post?
You can return an order (or part of the order) with the complimentary return label provided in the box.
Please place the items in the original box, if possible, and attach the return label. You can leave the parcel at a post office closest to you.
To avoid mistakes in scanning your return, please make sure to use the correct return label for each return.
1. Fill out the return form attached to your original order. If possible, specify the reason and quantity of returned item(s).
2. Please do not combine items from multiple orders in one return parcel. Instead, use the return label dedicated to the specific item(s).
3. Stick the received return label on the parcel and make sure to remove or cover the original delivery label. If you’re missing the return label, you can create a new one here or our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
4. Drop-off the package at a UPS Access Point near you. Please keep your proof of postage.
A return is processed only once it passes the quality inspection, after which you will receive an automated refund email notification to confirm the details of the return.
Please note, HUGO BOSS will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged (I) prior to acceptance by UPS when utilising the free return label provided by HUGO BOSS or (ii) in the event that the prepaid label provided by HUGO BOSS is not used for the return shipment.
