We are pleased to offer a 30 day return period for new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in resalable condition with original tags attached from the HUGO BOSS online store. At this time, we kindly ask that you return any items from your purchase with the prepaid shipping label included in your order, as our stores are currently closed. Please reach out to service-us@hugoboss.com for additional assistance with your return.
Our online store is proud to offer shipping to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as to APO/FPO addresses. For shipments to American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Northern Marianas, Palau, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and P.O. Boxes, merchandise is shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail so please allow five to ten business days for delivery.(Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer express shipping services to APO/FPO addresses).
